Book and pay for 5 lessons and go in the draw to WIN an iPod Touch!
The following terms and conditions apply to the “WIN AN iPOD TOUCH”
competition run by myWheels Driving School Brisbane:
| 1. | By entering the competition you accept all these terms and conditions. | |
| 2. | Competition closes 5.00pm 31st August 2010. | |
| 3. | Prize is an 8GB iPod Touch. | |
| 4. | Entrants must purchase and prepay a minimum of 5 x 1 hour driving lessons to be eligible to enter the draw. Driving lessons must be used within a 6 month period. | |
| 5. | No discounts will apply for driving lesson purchases. | |
| 6. | Payment must be received prior to closing date of the competition and prior to commencement of driving lessons. | |
| 7. | Only one entry per person allowed unless otherwise stated. | |
| 8. | myWheels Driving School Brisbane reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the competition at any time. Our decision on all matters regarding this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. | |
| 9. | Prize will not be transferred or exchanged and cannot be taken as cash. | |
| 10. | myWheels Driving School Brisbane will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or prize (except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law). | |
| 11 | No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. | |
| 12. | myWheels Driving School Brisbane reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. | |
| 13. | Any content (for example but not limited to: photos, audios and stories) becomes the property of myWheels Driving School. | |
| 14. | Qualifying entrants: | |
| a. | Competition is open to all, excluding employees and contractors of myWheels Driving School Brisbane and their family. | |
| b. | Entrants must reside in an area which is currently covered by myWheels Driving School Brisbane’s driving instructors. | |
| c. | Entrants must be deemed able and willing to be available for publicity purposes in all myWheels Driving School Brisbane media. | |
| 15. | myWheels Driving School Brisbane reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions. | |
